Wolves of The Valley have lived in relative peace for as long as tales of the Fenris the Sun god and Tor the Moon goddess have circulated around the Free wolves ears. But the stories of their ancestry and of how they came into the world have almost been lost, the wolves no longer believe in the power of myth and legend, and thus have stopped telling their young the tales that hold in them truth and the key to the future; memory.
Now strange powers have begun emerging in some of the young wolves. A power to touch the elements and control them to some degree, the power to change into one of the Flying Hunters, and the power to speak through the mind. Those wolves were either driven out or killed by their families, fearing for their lives for they had long forgotten the stories of the Gifted Ones.
They now live in secret amongst their families, meeting every month when the Tor closes her eye to the world, and discuss what they have learned and what they have seen. But, as of late all of the wolves have been sensing the same thing; darkness. Something is hiding in the shadows, something with a power so great that it could destroy the packs forever. But, can the Gifted Ones save their packs in time, or will this strange evil force take the packs forever?
