The world is ruled by one government that sees everyone as equals and has rights that government is the Alliance. In every peaceful world there is always someone who disagrees a man believes that some people shouldn't have the rights so he made a secret government in his town of Waterdale. His rein started in 2006 every lower class was found and turned into slaves there was only two types of classes in Waterdale Upper class and Lower class.
