Ceremonies And Festivities -------------------------------------
The Summer Celebrations :
A performance carried out by all of the pack. At the end of Spring, members are given a chance to show off their skills. They have been training all year for this moment and most are sure to join in. It is also to celebrate another year of survival. Pack members of Hellbarra can enter different contests, such as for strength, skill, and cunning. After the challenges are over there is a grand feast, more food than is eaten all year. The Bards tell stories and legends late into the night. This celebration last an entire fortnight. There are a total of 3 duals. The first is to earn a rank in the Striders. The second is to earn a rank in the Herders. The third, and final, is to earn a rank in the Soldiers. You will decide beforehand what rank you are challenging. Whoever also wants that rank will fight you. If no one goes against you, you will win by default.
The Mating Season:
The time after Winter when females of the pack go into the fever of heat. Males court and spar over females, though usually a female and male decide whom to mate with beforehand. However, if a male and female are already mates and intend to produce spawn they should do it quickly, for a female in heat is almost completely immobilized. This usually occurs only once a year, but sometimes a female will go into heat more than once, depending on the breed and age.

Titles For Terms ------------------------------------- The following terms are used regularly in everyday conversation by a pack member. Only those within the pack use the phrases, but the terms might be used by any animal.
Cull- To selectively kill
Killing Bite - A bite to the jugular vein the neck resulting in immediate death.
Bare your throat - To tilt back your chin to expose one’s throat to another in respect or in dignified submission. This gesture is a signal that the barer is defeated, and is usually spared from the Killing-Bite. In the pack this is a law, but sometimes it is broken.
Ho - A greeting to another pack member. Another word for Hello.

Pack History -------------------------------------
Hellbarra is an Italian originated pack that values determination, loyalty, bravery, and above all.. honor. All pack members, weak or small, are looked after. But, just because Hellbarra is forgiving doesn't mean it is weak.
Each member will be denied luxuries of any kind if they don't play their part in the pack. They all must pull their own weight. Hellbarra is basically a large family and that's what gives them strength. It works in a unit.
It might be a little confusing to understand Hellbarra because of its customs, beliefs, and language but underneath Hellbarra is just a normal pack though maybe with more style.
